The invention relates to the field of an intelligent transformer, in particular to a primary pressurizing through-flow device, an intelligent transformer system and a control method thereof. The primary pressurizing through-flow device comprises a voltage regulator, a current transformer type large current generator and a phase meter; a secondary end of the large current generator is used for being connected with a primary end of a current transformer of the intelligent transformer; the secondary end of the large current generator is in series connection with a standard current transformer; a secondary end of the standard current transformer is connected with an ampere meter; an output end of the voltage regulator is used for being connected with an input end of a combination unit of the intelligent substation; an output end of the voltage regulator is connected with a voltmeter; a current input end of the phase meter is the secondary end of the standard current transformer; a voltage input end of the phase meter is an output end of a self-decoupling voltage regulator. The intelligent transformer system comprises the above pressurizing through-flow device. A control method of the intelligent transformer system can detect wiring defects before electrification of the intelligent transformer and can guarantee correct and integrity of a loop.
