Non-contact type digital potentiometer

2012
The utility model relates to the field of electronic devices, in particular to a non-contact type digital potentiometer. The non-contact type digital potentiometer is characterized by comprising magnetic steel, a Hall inductive sensor and a rotary shaft. The magnetic steel is fixed at one end of the rotary shaft and can rotate with the rotary shaft, the Hall inductive sensor is arranged inside a magnetic field created at the time of rotating of the magnetic steel, and the Hall inductive sensor is communicated with a sensing circuit. The non-contact type digital potentiometer has the advantages that by adopting the non-contact type, service life is greatly prolonged compared with a traditional potentiometer; an effective working range of 360 degrees can be achieved; output signals and working stroke are optional; and flexible and variable output can be achieved and nonlinear or multi-segment broken line output can also be achieved.
