Hapten design and immunity analysis for phosphorothioate organophosphorus pesticide

The design and synthesis of hapten is the key to immunity analysis. The design routes and synthetic methods of haptens for phosphorothioate organophosphorus pesticide in recent years were introduced, and various immunoassays applied for the detection of phosphorothioate organophosphorus pesticide residues such as enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay, fluorescence polarization immunoassay, colloidal gold immunochromatographic assay and immunosensor, were summarized. The development trend of immunoassays was finally prospected in the future.
