Clinical analysis of Salvia miltiorrhiza joint compound amino acid in treatment of fetal growth restriction

2012
Objective To investigate the clinical effects of Salvia miltiorrhiza joint compound amino acid in treatment of fetal growth restriction. Methods Fifty cases of pregnant women with fetal growth restriction in our hospital from October to November 2008 were randomly divided into two groups, the control group was treated with compound amino acid injection by intravenous infusion, the experimental group were treated with the Salvia miltiorrhiza joint compound amino acid. Results The treatment effects of two groups were compared. In the experimental group,27 cases were effective and 3 cases were invalid, the effective rate was 90.00%.In the control group,15 cases were effective,5 cases were invalid, the effective rate was 75.00%,the difference was statistically significant(P 0.05).The difference of S/D ratio in the control group before and after treatment was not statistically significant(P 0.05);S/D ratio was significantly lower in the experimental group after treatment, the difference was statistical significance(P 0.05).Conclusion Salvia miltiorrhiza joint compound amino acid in treatment of fetal growth restriction is safe and effective, which has clinical application value.
