Determination of Arsenic in Feed Grade Cupric Sulphate by Hydride Generation-atomic Florescence Spectrophotometry
2011
The sample treated by purity water, arsenic was determined by hydride generation-atomic florescence spectrophotometry. The instrument conditions and influence of reagent were studied. The detection limit of the method was 0.0593 μg/L.The relative standard deviation was 0.56%.The recovery of the method was 98.5%~101.5%.The method had high sensitivity, and its precision and accuracy both met requirements, which can be used in routine inspection of arsenic in feed grade cupric sulphate.
