Thygeson's superficial punctate keratitis : Its association with HLA-DR3, T-cell deficiency & elevated circulating immune complex
1997
A case of Thygeson's superficial punctate keratitis (TPSK) is described in an 11-year-old girl with positive HLA-DR3 and other autoimmune associated diseases, including HLA-B5 and B8. She also had a pan T cell deficiency and an elevated circulating immune complex. Although each of these findings has been separately reported as an etiologic factor, this report presents all the factors in one case.
