Effect of Znonotus obliquus Polysaccharide on IL-1β and IL-12 in Sera of Mice Infected Acutely with Toxoplasma gondii

To explore the early action mechanism of Znonotus obliquus polysaccharides in the treatment of mice infected acutely with Toxoplasma gondii,after buliding the model of mice infected acutely with Toxoplasma gondii,they were divided into three groups randomly.The serum levels of IL-1β,IL-12 were detected by ELISA.The analysis for cytokines showed that the levels of IL-1β,IL-12 in the model group were significantly higher than those in other groups(P0.01).Except for negative group,IL-1β and IL-12 appeared the highest value in 24h and 36h.It suggested that Znonotus obliquus polysaccharides inhibited transition releases of IL-1β and IL-12 in sera of mice infected acutely with Toxoplasma gondii.
