Relaxer types and parameters in crystal hydrates

Thermally stimulated currents (TSC) of polarization and depolarization and the complex dielectric permittivity in laminar crystal hydrates are studied in talcum and gypsum as an example. A mechanism is proposed for dielectric relaxation as is also a method for determining the relaxer type and parameters.
