64/spl times/64 3D-MEMS switch control system with robustness to MEMS resonant frequency variation and pointing drift

We have demonstrated a 64/spl times/64 3D-MEMS optical crossconnect with a switching servo control system that is robust to mirror resonant frequency variations and pointing drift, resulting in typical switching times of less than 20 ms.
