Laser scanning microscope with spectral resolution radiation detection

Disclosed is a laser scanning microscope with a detector device (1) for spectrally resolving radiation detection, wherein the detection means (1) at least one dispersive element (3) on which a beam (2, 10) to be dektierenden radiation falls and the this beam spectrally fans out, and at least one detector line (5) which is guided on the spectrally fanned radiation (4) and their sensitivity is uniform adjustable, wherein at least two detector rows (5.1, 5.2) in the detector device (1) are provided , with spectrally fanned-radiation (4, 4.1, 4.2) are irradiated with different spectral composition, wherein in the sensitivity setting of the detector rows (5.1, 5.2), the respective spectral composition of the radiation (4, 4.1, 4.2) and the spectral base sensitivity of detector row (5.1, 5.2) is taken into account.
