The present invention provides a method for processing retransmission data in HS-SCCH-less HARQ and a device thereof. The method comprises a step of finding an automatic repeat request (HARQ) process in data retransmission in an HS-SCCH-less blind detection process, and a step of processing the retransmission data according to the HARQ process. Through the method and the device, the control signaling load can be saved, and an HS-SCCH-less process can be flexibly scheduled.
