The super capacitor battery comprises a shell, a positive electrode, a negative electrode, an electrolyte and a diaphragm between the positive and negative electrodes; positive electrode material includes a vanadium-containing and lithium-containing compound, activated carbon, a conductive additive and a binder; and negative electrode material includes a lithium-containing compound, activated carbon, a conductive additive and a binder. Compared with an existing lithium ion battery, the super capacitor battery in the invention has a higher power density and a longer cycle life, and has a higher energy density compared with an existing capacitor.
