The control method includes the following steps that a control instruction which is sent by a control chip of a control terminal is acquired in real time by the control terminal when a cooking electric appliance is in a working state; after the control terminal generates the cooking data parameter of the cooking electric appliance according to the control instruction, the control terminal acquires the cooking data parameter; the control terminal stores the acquired cooking data parameter and the control instruction. By means of the control method of the cooking data test system, the cooking data parameter and the control instruction of the cooking electric appliance in the working process are stored, the cooking data parameter and the control instruction can be taken out and then analyzed by a user when needed, the cooking data parameter and the control instruction are not acquired in real time with the addition of equipment, and therefore the acquiring process of the cooking data parameter and the control instruction is simple through the control method of the cooking data test system.
