Polymer hydrogel capable of in-situ crosslinking as substitute material of vitreous body

2009
The invention discloses a hydrogel vitreous body substitute material. The vitreous body substitute material is in-site hydrogel used for the cavity of a vitreous body and comprises component A, component B and an aqueous solution, wherein the component A contains at least one polymer with two or more mercapto functional groups on each molecular chain, the component B contains at least one polymer with two or more vinyl sulfone functional groups on each molecular chain, the number of the mercapto functional groups in the polymer of component A and the number of the vinyl sulfone functional groups in the polymer of component B can not be 2 at the same time. The vitreous body substitute material adopts two-component design so as to greatly facilitate material storage, any component has good stability in case of independent existence, and the vitreous body substitute material can be used only by uniformly mixing the solutions of the component A and the component B and transplanting into the cavity of vitreous body.
