Residuos de pesticidas organoclorados en leche entera UHT

espanolEn este trabajo se determinaron los residuos de nueve insecticidas organoclorados (aldrin, p,p'-DDE, p,p'-DDT, dieldrin, endrin, heptacloro epoxido, lindano, o,p'-TDE y p,p'-TDE) en leche entera UHT y se compararon con los niveles permitidos por la Union Europea. El porcentaje mas alto de incidencia fue para el hepta - cloro epoxido (59,38%) seguido del lindano (56,25%). Por otra parte la concentracion media mas alta se obtuvo para el p,p'-DDT (0,1872 ppm). Ninguna de las muestras analizadas supero los niveles maximos permitidos por la Union Europea. EnglishResidual levels of nine organochlorine pesticides (aldrin, p,p'-DDE, p,p'-DDT, dieldrin, endrin, heptachlor-epoxide, lindane, o,p'-TDE and p,p'-TDE) were determined in UHT whole milk and they were compared with the maximum levels allowed by the European Union in these foods. The highest incidence percentage of the insecticides researched was for heptachlor-epoxide (59.38%), followed by lin-dane (56.25%). Moreover, the highest mean residual level was for p,p'-DDT (0.1872 ppm). None of the samples analyzed exceeded the maximum levels allowed by the European Union.
