Method for recycling stainless steel cold-rolling waste water

The invention relates to a method for recycling stainless steel cold-rolling waste water. The method comprises a pretreatment step and a desalination step, and comprises the following specific steps: performing earlier-stage neutralization, coagulation and precipitation process treatment on stainless steel cold-rolling acidic waste water; softening the treated waste water by using a sodium carbonate or potassium carbonate agent, adjusting the pH of the softened waste water, and performing cooling, filtering and ultrafiltration/microfiltration on the waste water; and performing desalination treatment by adopting one-stage reverse osmosis or two-stage reverse osmosis according to the salt content of the water and the recycling use after treatment. After the stainless steel cold-rolling waste water is subjected to deep treatment and desalination, and the conductivity of the waste water is below 30 microsiemens/cm; and through application of the treated waste water to a production system, the consumption of fresh water is lowered, and meanwhile the amount of discharged waste water is reduced. The method has the dual effects of high economical efficiency and environmental friendliness, and has good social benefit and environmental benefit.
