The present invention provides an emulsified asphalt cold recycled mixture mixing ratio design method which comprises the following steps: 1, preparing for recovery of asphalt pavement materials, stone chips, cement and emulsified asphalt; 2, designing gradation composition of an emulsified asphalt cold recycled mixture; 3, preparing aggregates by use of the recovered asphalt pavement materials and stone chips; 4, determining best dosage of water; 5, verifying construction workability and early strength, entering step 6 when the test results meet the requirements of construction, or getting back to the step 2 when the test results do not meet the requirements of construction; 6, determining best dosage of emulsified asphalt; and 7, verifying pavement performance, when the test results meet the construction requirements, getting the emulsified asphalt cold recycled mixture mixing ratio; or getting back to the step 2 when the test results do not meet the requirements of construction. The emulsified asphalt cold recycled mixture mixing ratio design method can fully consider the practical engineering, can preferably select a scheme with the performance meeting the requirements in earlier mixing ratio design stage, greatly reduces the risk of the emergence of various pavement diseases in trial road paving stage, and significantly improves the work efficiency.
