Engaging the cam has a first surface, a second surface and a through-hole passing through them. The outer edge of the engagement cam includes a contact portion and the engaging portion. Release cam has a first surface, a second surface and a through-hole passing through them. The outer edge of the release cam comprises a release member and the engaging portion. Biasing member cam has a first end portion, the coil portion and the second end. Pawl member has a pivot through hole, the engaging end portion, the locking projection and sensors projections. Pawl member is disposed adjacent to the release cam and the engaging cam. Lock gear having a plurality of internal splines and external teeth.
