Análisis de la sociedad por acciones simplificada como sociedad hibrida dentro del ordenamiento colombiano y la posibilidad de abusos del derecho derivados del artículo 1 Ley 1258 de 2008 junto con la Ley 1429 de 2010

This thesis pretends to do an analysis and overall evaluation of the Sociedades por Acciones Simplificadas, regulated by Ley 1258 of 2008, and that of the preexisting associations in the Colombian legal system, to understand and analyze the hybrid figure that characterizes the SAS. With this comparative analysis, the cons and pros of the SAS may be concluded and with that, present possible abuses of the law that may present themselves because of the special regulations of this hybrid associative figure.
