Sociologically, Sufism, which was born in the middle of second century Hijriyah, has the context to the situation and condition of society and patterns of diversity at the time. It could not be separated from the context of the time. If so, then the application of Sufism in the present time should also has the context to the time anyway. Sufism should be more open and meet the demands of the time, and perform in a more inclusive way with the demands of the time, such  as moral improvement and contemporary problem solving, such as problems of poverty, backwardness, ignorance, illness, pluralism, both internal and external. As Sufism, which has the context to the time, then so ascetic, which essentially is a mental attitude, that is the attitude, which does not love the material, although physically, we can not be separated from it
