A method for the obtaining of increased viscosity eye drops containing amikacin.

: A method for the obtaining of increased viscosity (3.6-52.5 cP) eye drops, containing amikacin-aminoglycoside antibiotic and as increasing viscosity agents: polivinyl alkohol, hydroxyethylcellulose or sodium hyaluronate was elaborated. Physicochemical and biological properties of these eye drops were determined.
