Combined Ga-67 and In-111 leukocyte scintigraphy to characterize a liver mass in a patient with lymphoma

: A 32-year old man with Hodgkin's disease was admitted to the hospital with a liver mass. The primary diagnostic possibilities, infection and lymphoma, require markedly different therapy. The combination of Ga-67 and In-111 white blood cell imaging correctly diagnosed the mass as lymphoma.
