DERIVATIVES TIRAZOLIDIN-4-one derivatives represented by the following general formula (I) CONDE R1, R2, R3 and R4 have the meaning detailed in the invention. These derivatives are useful as preventive or curative PAF DISORDERS, FOR EXAMPLE, various kinds of inflammations, ALLERGIC DISEASES, circulatory diseases and gastrointestinal diseases.
