The present invention relates to a high-speed train field, in particular, to a high-speed train requirement meta model establishing and processing method, which includes: obtaining full set data of an pre-established high-speed train structural tree, the high-speed train structural tree being established and obtained based on the high-speed train structure; using the full set data of the pre-established high-speed train structural tree, to successively select a requirement item corresponding to each structure point in the high-speed train structural tree, and determining the requirement items as requirement objects of the requirement meta model; determining object attributes and attribute related information of each requirement object of the requirement meta model; according to the object attributes and attribute related information of each requirement object, establishing the requirement meta model; and storing each established requirement meta model in a database to form a requirement meta model database, the requirement meta model database being used to output corresponding requirement meta model data in response to a command for invoking the requirement meta model when receiving the command for invoking the requirement meta model to constitute various structures of the high-speed train.
