This study aims to investigate the interactive relationship between collective-efficacy and interdependence, communication in order to increasing employees" team performance in airline service area. Using survey data from 250 employees working for korean airline company. The results partially supported the proposed hypothesis, first, collective-efficacy significantly affected team performance, interdependence and communication. Second, interdependence significantly affected team performance. Finally, it related that there is a mediation effect of interdependence on collective-efficacy influence team performance. Based on the results, interdependence can be a crucial mechanism in the relationship of collective-efficacy and team performance. This study suggests that interdependence formation among team members is a crucial factor for building effective team management. Practical implications and suggestions for future research are also discussed.
