Reflection of a power microwave from a Schottky diode

The reflection ratio of a high-power microwave incident on the input of a single-mode waveguide device with a semiconductor Schottky diode is calculated at different temperatures under the assumption of perfect matching at a low power and room temperature. At various temperatures, the reflection ratio is an asymptotic function of the power. Its asymptotic values can be as large as 0.9.
