Clinical Effect of Diabetic Foot Formula and its Influence on Hemodynamics of Arteria Dorsalis Pedis

2007
Objective To study the clinical effect of Diabetic Foot Formula (DFF) and its influence on hemodynamics of arteria dorsalis pedis (ADP).Methods Totally 108 cases of DF were randomly divided into DFF group and western medicine group, each containing 54 cases.DFF group was treated by DFF,while western medicine group by anisodamine.Clinical effect and hemodynamic change of ADP in both groups were observed before and after treatment.Thirty five healthy persons were selected as healthy control group. Results In comparison with western medicine group, granulation tissue formation time (GT) and ulceration healing time (HT) were shorter, healing rate was higher, amputation rate was lower in DFF group, resulting in significant differences (P0.05 or P0.01).In comparison with healthy control group,DF patients had smaller inner diameter of ADP,quicker peak flow rate, lower blood flow, and wider spectral width. After treatment, hemodynamic index of ADP improved in both treatment groups (P0.01),espically in DFF group (P0.05).Conclusion The effect of complex treatment mainly consisting of DDF is superior to that of anisodamine.
