The photovoltaic-thermoelectricity integrated assembly comprises an upper cover plate, a solar cell, a colloid bonding layer, a thermoelectricity device and a frame, and is characterized in that the colloid bonding layer seals the solar cell between the upper cover plate and the thermoelectricity device and bonds the upper cover plate and the thermoelectricity device together, and then the frame wholly packages the upper cover plate, the solar cell, the colloid bonding layer and the thermoelectricity device as a whole. According to the photovoltaic-thermoelectricity integrated assembly, the thermoelectricity device is closely attached to the shady face of the solar cell, heat generated by the solar cell can be converted into electric energy directly, the temperature of the cell is reduced, and therefore the efficiency of the solar cell is improved; and additionally, electric energy converted by the thermoelectricity device can be utilized, and the overall energy utilization rate of the integrated assembly is improved.
