An isolated nucleic acid sequence that originates from the SCM virus that has a sequence selected from the group consisting of SEQ ID NO: 1, SEQ ID NO: 2, SEQ ID NO: 4 and SEQ ID NO: 6 and variants thereof that are at least 70% identical throughout the entire sequence with any of the sequences of SEQ ID NO: 2, SEQ ID NO: 4 and SEQ ID NO: 6.
