The invention discloses a method for preparing conducting polymer with a butterfly wing photonic crystal structure in the technical field of biosensors. A butterfly wing multilayer and multi-dimensional fine structure is taken as a template, and a SiO2 porous material with a butterfly wing fine structure is prepared to serve as a secondary template through surface treatment and chemical modification according to different chemical reactivity of bio-chemical components by permeation, sol-gel and ultrasonic methods; and polymer is further assembled into the fine structure of the SiO2 porous material, and the conducting high polymer material with the butterfly wing photonic crystal structure is prepared by controlling chemical reaction in the SiO2 template through manual coupling. The invention creatively utilizes a secondary template technology, and synthesizes the conducting high polymer material with the photonic crystal structure; and the photonic crystal structure greatly improves the response of the conducting high polymer to biomolecules, so that the conducting polymer has wide application prospect in the field of biosensors.
