Low temperature gas plasma formation of thin films on the surface of a substrate via holes

Abstract We have considered the process of formation of thin films of various substances on the surface of a substrate via holes in the negative glow area and Faraday dark space in a gas discharge. The possibility to obtain on the substrate surface a film with an in-depth distributed conduction is shown.
