The present invention discloses a method for detecting the state of aging of transformer oil based on nuclear magnetic resonance parameter, the aging state parameter comprises an oil-like viscosity, density oil sample, the oil sample furfural content, the resistivity of the sample oils and the like, which is a gas containing the dissolved transformer oil after nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy detection samples obtained, the viscosity of oil samples measured by, where T1, T2 represent an oil-like longitudinal / transverse relaxation time; Tl inversion recovery method was measured, T2 CPMG method is measured; other parameters like density oil using 2D heteronuclear NMR spectroscopy analysis exploded J- content in the oil sample measured CHn functional group, and then model the relationship between the obtained functional group content and an oil sample density parameter estimates; CHn of n = 0,1,2,3. The method of the present invention has a small amount of sample, the sampling process is straightforward, fast analysis speed, high precision analysis and so on.
