Updated diagrams of high‐pressure phase relations in f‐metals

Recent results of high‐pressure x‐ray diffraction study of lanthanide and actinide metals are reviewed and compared. Updated versions of the general diagrams of the phase relations of lanthanide and actinide metals under pressure are presented, including recent study in the range above 100 GPa. The diagrams also include a few pressure studies of binary alloys between neighboring elements.
