Содержание кадмия в некоторых органах и ткани бычков герефордской породы

The content of cadmium in muscles, liver, spleen and testicles is studied in Hereford bulls, aged 18 months. Selectivity of Cd accumulation is identified in organs and tissue. Cd level in organs and tissue may be ranged as follows: liver>spleen>testicles>muscles in the ratio 6.3 : 1.8 : 1.2 : 1. It is shown that the increased concentration of cadmium in muscles and testicles increased the concentration of amino acids and decreases the content of vitamins in muscles.
