Nefropatía del lupus en la infancia

RESUMEN Se analizan seis casos de nefropatia lupica enla infancia, se destacan las manifestaciones pro-teiformes de la colagenopatia y la importancia delsedimento urinario en forma seriada para un diag-nostico precoz. Se analiza la histopatologia renalen relation al pronostico. Se senala criteria parael uso y dosis de corticoides.SUMMARY Six cases of LED with Nephropathy are considered.Their misleading clinical signs and the importance offrequence urinalysis are enphasized for early diagnosis.Five of these patients had a renal biopsy and its fin-dings are correlated with prognosis.
