Cysts of unknown etiology in fresh and brackish water fishes from the Mississippi River Basin, Louisiana, USA.

The prevalence of cysts of unknown etiology (CUE) in fresh/brackish water fishes in the Mississippi River Basin, Louisiana, USA are presented. This constitutes the first report of these bodies in fish outside the marine environment.
