The mediation-conciliation in the dentistry’s field brings the possibility to face the patient and the dentist that are in conflict to try to resolve or transform these differences, with the advantage of them been the main characters, unlike traditional justice, in wish the health service user confronts and interprets to have the reason on the search to make the judge see the abuses, and lack of capacity form the physician again the dentist requesting a punis hment, either in order to seek compensation, reparation of the damage (the offend has to pay for the services from other dentist to satisfy their need), the suspension of professional ID or the deprivation of the dentist’s free dom (supposedly guilty). For this reason it is necessary to strengthening the dissemination of mediation-conci liation, to try keep the relationship between dentist and patients.
