Application of Network Flow Theory into Transport Model of Earthquake Relief

Aiming at the design discipline about optimizing earthquake relief transport, a model is set up by introducing the theory minimum cost max-flow, the application of the theory into earthquake relief transport is discussed, at last a case is given to check the validity of the model in the article.
