Decoupling in fuzzy systems: a cascade compensation approach

Abstract This paper proposes a decoupling algorithm with cascade compensation for fuzzy relational systems. The structure of the cascade decoupling compensator and a sufficient condition for realizing the decoupling are given and proved. Furthermore, a necessary and sufficient condition for the existence of the solution to the decoupling problem with the cascade compensation is given and proved.
