One of the most remarkable innovations in aesthetic surgery is that of lipoplasty. Mostly, we hear of refinements in surgical technique that merely represent incremental improvements in existing techniques. Lipoplasty, on the other hand, when it was first reported represented a totally new approach for body contouring that had not heretofore been considered.
