PURPOSE: Rice fermented bread and a producing method thereof are provided to improve the national rice consumption quantity by using products obtained from rice fermented wine. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of rice fermented bread comprises the following steps: mixing flour, yeast, and water to obtain a sub-mixture, and firstly fermenting; mixing the flour, salt, and sugar to obtain a dough mixture, and adding the fermented sub-mixture; dividing the mixture, and molding the divided dough before secondly fermenting; plasticizing the fermented dough mixture; and packing the mixture after cooling.
