Black fungus substitute material containing yellow ginger residues and preparation method

The invention discloses a black fungus substitute material containing yellow ginger residues and a preparation method. The black fungus substitute material is prepared by mixing yellow ginger residues, weed tree sawdust, bran, soybean meal, gypsum, lime and water in a certain proportion. The preparation method comprises the following steps: A, mixing the yellow ginger residues into 2-3% limewater to be sterilized, wherein the water content reaches 65%; stacking and fermenting; when the temperature of the material is raised to over 60 DEG C, overturning once every 4-5 days for 3-4 times in total; and B, uniformly stirring the raw materials which are added in proportion, adding water till the water content is 60-65% and bagging, and carrying out sterilization, inoculation, bacterial-feeding, fruiting and recovery on other materials according to a conventional substitute material cultivation mode. The yellow ginger residues are abundant and are use in cultivation of black fungus as the substitute material, the yellow ginger residues are turned to wealth, so that the economical benefit is improved; a part of main materials are replaced in the original cultivation material, so that the cost is lowered; and the method is feasible and simple and convenient to operate, the source of the raw materials for cultivating the black fungus is expanded, the forest resource is protected, and the environmental pollution is reduced.
