Endoscopic assisted thoracic surgical operation after sufentanil intravenous analgesia

2012
Objective To explore the suitable dose of Sufentanil in intravenous analgesia after endoscope-assistant general thoracic surgery. Methods After operations of elective pulmonary lobectomy or esophageal cancer radical surgery with endoscope assistant,80 patienes were randomly divided into four groups.Group A(Sufentanil 20μg/h),Group B(Sufentanil 3.0μg/h),Group C(Sufentanil 3.5μg/h),Group D(Sufentanil 4.0μg/h).The pain, sedation, mood and sleep quality scores were respectively observed after 4h,8h,16h,24h and 48h of operations.Any adverse effect such as nausea, vomiting, respiratory depression and pruritus during the study was recorded. At the same time, the condition of analgesic pump infusion and the actual/effective times of press were also recorded. Then calculate the actual medication dosage per unit time. Results The difference of edation scores, sleep quality scores and adverse effects between the four groups has not statistically signigicant. The pain scores in Group D were less than in the other three groups with the difference being very significant between them(P0.05).It had the least pressing numbers of PCA.The actual medication dosage per unit time of Group B,Group C and Group D were similar. Conclusion The optimal dose of Sufentanil in intravenous analgesia after general thoracic surgery with endoscope assistant is 4.0μg/h.
