Inclusão cultural de ceficientes visuais: Uma análise da acessibilidade de materiais audiovisuais

This article presents an analysis that aimed at identifying accessibility in audiovisual materials used in the TecnoAssist online course , conducted by the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro, at Rio de Janeiro / RJ- Brazil. In a qualitative and exploratory way, the research evaluated the importance of open educational resources (REAs) in communicational accessibility and cultural inclusion of people with visual impairment. From the concepts of audiodescription and universal design the text goes through the discussion about the importance of adopting open educational resources as aids to the sharing of videos, minimizing the loss of information by people with visual impairment. The results showed that the use of REAs can provide equal access to culture and information to all people.
