The system comprises a monitoring interface, a third-party cloud platform monitoring resource library, a third-party monitoring server side and a cloud platform monitoring agent unit, wherein the monitoring interface is used for receiving information planned to monitor, which is submitted by a user, and delivering the monitoring information to the third-party cloud platform monitoring resource library; the third-party cloud platform monitoring resource library is used for receiving the monitoring information from the monitoring interface to carry out information matching, and delivering a cloud platform information matching result to the third-party monitoring server side; the third-party monitoring server side comprises an XML (Extensible Markup Language) monitoring file configuration module, a server monitoring agent module, a data processing module and an interface display module; the cloud platform monitoring agent unit is used for preprocessing the collected monitoring information and delivering the preprocessed monitoring information to the server monitoring agent module of the third-party monitoring server side.
