The in Vitro Growth Inhibition Effect of Pulsatilla chinensis (Bge.) Regel(PCR) on Bacteria

Objective:To research on the in vitro growth inhibition effect of PCR on bacteria.Methods:K-B paper dispersion method was used and the paper was presoaked with 100% PCR water extract. We observed the inhibition effect of circular filter paper pieces of PCR on Staphylococcus aureus, Staphylococcus albicans, P. aeruginosa, B. anthracis, S.typhi, α-hemolytic streptococcus, β-hemolytic streptoccoccus.Results:It had obvious effect of growth inhibition on bacteria.Conclusion:PCR has significant in vitro effect of growth inhibition on bacteria.
