Soudce a výkon právnické profese (psychologické aspekty)

Master's thesis deals with judges and the execution of legal profession and the psychological aspects of it in Czech republic in 2015. First part deals with theoretical aspect of judiciary, historical analysis of development of normative requirements of execution of described legal profession, while reflecting the history of judiciary in Czech republic. Second part manages to apply theoretical knowledge to present problems of execution of described legal profession, be it normative change or ethical issues. The conclusion of the thesis contains independent „de lege ferenda“ opinions of the author about the discussed issues.
