Dramatic Intra-Abdominal Bleeding — First Symptom of Hemophilia B in a Neonate

At the present time, hemophilia is diagnosed in 50–60% of patients immediately after birth because of a positive family history. A further 30% of patients are identified by bleeding during medical procedures or by monitoring blood coagulation parameters.
