ANALYSIS OF CREW RESOURCE MANAGEMENT (CRM) TRAINING AND WORKLOAD ON AVIATION SYLLABUS

Crew Resource Management (CRM) is the application of human factors knowledge and skills to conduct flight operations with the aim of using all available resources (equipment, systems and people) efficiently to achieve safe flight operations.
