Coexistence radio wireless networks

2013
unveils technology to reduce interference by coexistence in a multi-spoke device. A process comprises applying discontinuous reception (DRX) to a user equipment (UE) having a plurality of radio transceivers. The XRD may include a long DRX cycle for the UE. There may be provided a period of one cycle start offset of 2 milliseconds (ms), 5 ms and 8 ms for the length to reduce interference by coexistence of the plurality of radio transceivers at the UE DRX cycle. The period beginning offset cycle is selected to provide at least one pattern booking process Hybrid Automatic Repeat Request (HARQ) to reduce interference by coexistence between the plurality of radio transceivers in the EU.
